Welcome to the admin side of Patrons Tips! Discover here how you can simply manage your patronage system. Let’s find the “Patrons Tips” link in your admin menu. You’ll find everything you need:
Tiers
Easily create and manage your tiers. The summary view helps you see all your tiers at a glance.
Here is our little beaver’s “Bundle of wood” tier. Informations contained in “Presentation” section is used to generate the “Select your tier” form on the patronage sales page.
Tiers can have limited slots per month!
That’ also here you can link WooCommerce products (to accept online payments) and restrict your content. You can define for each tier which content can be seen.
Content can be restricted according to the month of publication!
Patrons
Get an overview of all your current and past patrons. Easily filter and export a list of patrons. Ideal for importing an up-to-date list of your current patrons into your email marketing tool, or for obtaining a list of patrons to whom you want to send physical products.
Patrons are created when subscribing through your patronages sales page.
But you can also manually add patrons from your admin.
You can see and edit each patron.
Patrons can choose nicknames.
Here’s where you’ll find your patron’s history and the associated tiers.
Add and edit your patron’s history directly from the backend.
Reward patrons loyalty with a badge that will be displayed in patrons lists. Monitor the sending of personalized rewards if you have a rewards system.
Settings
The pages associated to Patrons Tips are automatically created on first install, but you can create your own and define them in the settings.
You can choose on which post categories you want to display a list of current patrons.
The list will show patrons who actually participated during the post’s month of publication.
Send a reminder notification when patronage is about to expire.
